Prayer Ministry

Prayer Ministry is an integral part of our churches’ belief and practice following the teaching and example of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Ministry takes place about every two months as part of the morning Communion Services on Sundays and the Thursday morning service at St Thomas’.  After receiving communion members of the congregation are invited to go to one of the ‘prayer stations’ in the Lady Chapel at St Thomas’ or the back of the church at St Mary Magdalene’s, speak briefly of the sickness or situation that troubles them and receive prayer for healing, wholeness and peace. This can be done for themselves or on behalf of someone else.
